Les Miserables Based on the novel, long and grim, by Victor Hugo, and from the people who brought you the RoyalShakespeare Company's production of The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby. Yes, co-directors Trevor Nunn and John Caird know how to pack the stage with actors in period costumes, and pack theaters.
