my minor child is living in a texas prison for a murder he did
not committ. Bryce, is not responsible for this tragic crime.
This September 2012, my son will turn 18. Texas is going to
hand him over, to the notorious adult unit, unless someone
helps stop this transfer.
Based on the substantial evidence that has been collected, This
is what can be prooved. Bryce's best friend Nick wanted his own
dad dead, Nick had solicted others to kill him. Nick used Bryce.
Bryce was set-up, to be framed and blamed for this murder. After
both boys were arrested, my 15 yr old was again set-up, framed
and blamed for this murder. This was done by the authority
figures who surround him, including those in positions to uphold
the law.
The following are facts that are in the police report, and other
court documents. None of these were ever revealed to Bryce or me.
No one defended him, not even his own father. I Have joint custody
and shared parental rights, yet I was being blocked from major
descisions and when I thought I was being included, I was being
lied. The states doctor wrote false statements about my child.
The probation officer and case manager wrote false statements
against Bryce and me.
On December 31st 2009, Nicks father was shot in his home, one time
in the chest, while he was asleep on the couch. EMS rushed him to
the emergency room where he later died in surgery. Before he died,
the victim named his own son Nick as his murderer. This is in the
police report. Nick told the police his best friend Bryce did this,
Nicks mother named Bryce as her sons only friend.
In the police report, several of the observations from officers
and detectives are contradicting, one thing that is clear is that
after hearing gunshots in her home, the victims wife came down
stairs to see what was the matter, when police arrived her shirt,
arms and hands were covered in blood. Inside the house nick refused
to take the gun residue test.
The victims wife stated that she did not know where her husband kept
his weapons. Their 10 year old youngest son, told police they are
either in the attic or shed. In the attic, Police found unsecured
rifles, other weapons and ammo. The autosy report states Pellets
and wadding were found in the victims body. Upstairs in the master
bathroom, police also found an Aztec t-shirt, with bvlood splatters
on it. This is a shirt known to have been worn by Nick. A witness
went down to the station and told of his knowledge of Nick' mothers
involvement. This detective then ask an investigator with the
district attorneys office, to get a court order for copies of her
cell phone calls and to suppoena her bank records. The victims wife
is a speech pathologist and is knowledgable of children with speical
needs. Bryce was born a special needs child.
Nick and Bryce were tried seperately, both taking a 30 yr plea deal.
Nick with his public defender pled no contest. Bryce's father hired
a private attorney, My rights were ignored. Bryce was being thrown
under the bus, People were covering their own hineys. I spoke out
about this. I told the Judge who these people were. She told me that
this is between the lawyer and the prosecutor. Later the attorneys
assistance said If I spoke out again, I would never be allowed in
anymore hearings. And that I couuld lose my visitation rights. I had
reported several people to CPS, and CPS turned on me, writing that
I am unable to care for my son?
Bryce was an easy target for coerced and manipulation. Adults who
surrounded him, including those in postitions to uphold the law.
took advantage of my sons impairments. I had to watch as key people
prompted him at his compency hearing, and again when he was
certified as an adult. Bryce was told that there was no evidence to
suggest that anyone else did this crime and if he went to trial, he
was going to get 99 years to life. Whoes to say he didn't get life?
My 15 year old, 6 ft 2 child, who had failed the 8th grade was
charged as the mastermind, with intent and use of a deadly weapon.
Bryce's disability status is Other health Impaired. He was alone
when questioned, arrested and interrogated. My child was allowed to
waive his miranda rights. How can he handle defending his mind
against the continued pressure of coercion and manipulation? A child
without special needs is no match for adults. Yet children are in
prison with adults. His confession must not have been good enough,
Because at least 6 months after his arrest, The lawyer had Bryce
confession to all the D.A. charges. This was done just in time for
the sentencing hearing in July 2010 sentencing hearing.
The evidence against my son is Nicks word,is a finger print in blood
found on the door, and rifle said to have been found in Bryce's
fathers backyard, and anything else that was used in this fraud case
against my son.
A forensic Psychologist who was told Bryce did this, wrote about his
well established and documented cognitive disabilities. She Placed
any culpability onto the doctor Bryce was seeing. This doctor turned
out to be the Juveniles Detention Centers head doctor. Her report
was never presented.
PLEASE HELP STOP THE ADULT TRANSFER IN SEPT 2012.
