Stone's Gym offers women-only and coed fitness facilities. With 52 aerobics classes per week, three non-aerobics classes per week, yoga and kardio kick classes, spinning, martial arts classes, one-on-one personal training, regular body composition testing, personalized programs, resistance equipment, free weights, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms, dressing rooms, nursery facilities, massage therapy and tanning beds for an additional fee.
