Havana Good Time

Thanks to Ballet Hispanico, Houstonians can hit the club without breaking a sweat. This weekend, the dance troupe turns up the heat with NightClub, showcasing sexy tango, saucy merengue and, of course, salsa. The show follows salsa from its beginnings in 1920s Argentina, to the social clubs of 1950s Spanish Harlem, to its present-day global domination. With music from Astor Piazzolla and Tito Puente, this show promises to be hot -- it's actually suggested that kids under 14 stay at home. (Really, could they possibly show more skin than Dancing with the Stars?) 8 p.m. today, and Saturday, February 4. For tickets and information, call 713-227-4772 or visit www.spahouston.org. Tickets start at $30.
Fri., Feb. 3
