You may have noticed while watching the Olympics that China tends to put out an insane number of gymnasts and acrobats (and subsequently, kicks the crap out of most of the world). Say what you want about how early they start training (at, like, three years old), but these folks are amazing. Today you can see some of China's best tumblers, jugglers, cyclists and gymnasts when the Peking Acrobats handspring into town. The troupe will perform dizzying, gravity-defying feats, complemented by live traditional Chinese music. The troupe will use bicycles, hoops, poles and plates, and in one act will create a pagoda by balancing chairs on one member's shoulders. Hop to this show at 7 p.m. today and tomorrow.
