Okay, we admit that when we heard that the Brazosport Li'l Players' new play was called Asshole Parade, we wanted to know more. Writer-director Paul Locklear says the plot basically follows a marching band that comes to Brazosport. "Actually, the marching band is actually a rogue, free-jazz marching band," says Locklear. (Mmm-kay.) In a series of subplots, you'll meet Dink and Stacy, and then a host of characters including Biff, a ladies' man, and Dr. Sherry, a low-rent psychologist. "The characters' stories intertwine like a Robert Altman film," says Locklear. "It's weird." We'll say.
