Finding Wonderland

Here's something to bring the rabbit-chasing kid outta you: "Alice's Wonderland: A Most Curious Adventure." The new exhibit at the Children's Museum of Houston lets visitors experience Alice's journey in the classic Lewis Carroll novel. Once kids scamper "down the rabbit hole," a series of rooms introduce math, science and language concepts through fun and games. "Curiouser and curiouser" guests can experiment with illusions, shadows, measurements and games by visiting the Hall of Doors, the Pool of Tears, the Mad Hatter's Tea Party and the Croquet Ground. Think of it as Carroll's dream come to life — sans all the opium.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: May 20. Continues through Sept. 4
