Pit Bullying the Audience

Bobby Slayton, the "Pit Bull of Comedy," has earned his nickname and he intends to keep it. Draw attention to yourself for any reason - wear a colorful shirt, sit too close to the stage or grimace even slightly at one of the brazen comedian's off-color jokes - and the Pit Bull will sniff you out, bite into you and shake you in his jaws until every possible laugh bleeds out of you. At a previous show, a woman turned her back to the stage, arms folded, in disgust at one of Slayton's politically incorrect rants. She left the room crying after his skewering. For all his venom, Slayton is quick to remind audiences that they're in a comedy club and his comments are merely jokes, but we'll advise you: Beware of dog! Slayton sinks his fangs into the Improv at 8 p.m.
