Ted Nugent is one of those celebrities who's famous because he's famous. More than for any of the bestial rocker's songs, he's known for claiming that there would be less gun violence in schools if all students were armed with...guns, for calling for the carpet-bombing of every troublesome country despite the fact that he self-reportedly ate junk food and crapped in his pants for a week to fail his draft board exam, and for hosting a VH1 reality show in which he mocked city dwellers for their inability to live off the land on his ranch but ripped his own leg open in a chain-saw accident. But Nugent is a musician and has toured consistently since his '70s heyday. In fact, he plays the Verizon Wireless Theater today. After hearing the Nuge play such staples as "Dog Eat Dog" and "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang," you'll perhaps understand why he's better known as a professional provacateur.
