The sandwich comes on an organic, whole wheat, vegan bun made by Ezekiel Bakery. As for the salmon, some might use canned salmon, but not Field of Green's. You get a good-size piece of wild salmon, dipped in flour and grilled until a crispy coating has formed on the outside. You also get all the standard fixings, plus, in keeping with the eclectic feel of the restaurant, alfalfa sprouts.
