The lemon meringue pie ($5.95) at Grand Luxe (5000 Westheimer, 713-626-1700) is shaped like a giant Hershey's kiss. At the base is a crusty tart filled with a tangy, sweet lemon curd filling. A stark white meringue is piped on top, then shaped into a cone and carefully flamed to a golden color. The meringue has a soft, almost creamy consistency that's a nice contrast with the thicker lemon filling.
