Shes world-famous, but nobody knows her real name. Shes 3.2 million years old, but she just came to light 33 years ago. And shes in Houston, in Lucys Legacy: The Hidden Treasures of Ethiopia. The oldest and most complete adult human ancestor fully retrieved from Africa, Lucy is the shows centerpiece -- visitors will come face-to-face with her when they see her reconstructed skull. The exhibit also includes more than 100 artifacts, manuscripts, art, coins and religious objects. Exploring Ethiopian culture and its people, believed to be direct descendants of the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon, Lucys Legacy makes its world premiere today.
