The Ensemble Theatre mounts a show with a seasonal message
Yes, you read it right, we meant “the 12 ways of Christmas.” Never heard of them? Then head over to the Ensemble Theatre to see their latest production, The 12 Ways of Christmas. Directed and choreographed by Patdro Harris, with book, music and lyrics by Carlton Leake, the holiday musical takes the audience from the wonder and innocence of a child’s Christmas to the despair of those alone and forgotten on the holiday. We also go from the sobriety of a military Christmas to the passion of a romantic Christmas. There are 12 ways altogether, so at least one of them is bound to be familiar. 8 p.m. Fridays; 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturdays; 7:30 p.m. Thursdays; 3 p.m. Sundays. Through December 30. 3535 Main.
