Lights Out

For more than a month now, the city of Houston has been struggling mightily to get the traffic lights downtown coordinated to such a point that they don’t constantly ensnarl traffic. It has been a surprisingly drawn-out process. But taking on incredibly, incredibly complex projects takes time, dammit. It's just not as easy as landing on the moon.
