Remember to Breathe at Seco's

By Paul Galvani

Published on April 29, 2008 at 12:45pm

Simple, homemade corn tortillas make for spectacular corn enchiladas ($8.99) at Seco's (2536 Nottingham, 713-942-0001). The enchiladas are filled with roasted poblano pepper, corn, onion and cream cheese and topped with a cilantro-cream sauce that makes the dish. You can taste the sweet corn, spicy pepper and tart sauce in each bite. On the side are a wonderful Spanish rice and refried black beans. The dish is so good, it's hard to come up for air.
