Horrible list you suggested. Alt rock is DEAD. Why not try somthing new like Prog-Rock. Dream Theater, Fates Warning etc. Bands like Godsmack, Alice in Chains play to 15 yr old little punks with no money and all there songs sound exactly the same. BORING

They'd better treat the local bands better next time. It was a fustercluck for sure. They only allowed 1 vehicles from each band to drop off gear and then they expected us to drive the vehicle back to the back 40, walk back, play our set, and then walk all the way out there again (parking was WAYYY away from the front gate the fist day of the festival [another screwup]), get the 1 vehicle and load out and then leave all our gear in the parking lot. There was enough room behind the stage to page 50 eighteen wheelers. Ridicluous. Oh, and on that suggested list...surely you jest, it's called ROCK the bayou for a reason. haha

Velvet Revolver's first single didn't come out until 2003. Shouldn't that really be Stone Temple Pilots instead? Not that I'm advocating Stone Temple Pilots.
