Rudolph Rides Again

Web exclusive!

Kids will be surprised to find out that Houston has a close connection to the North Pole in Rudolph Rides Again. As the play starts, it’s Christmas Eve and Alvin the Elf is stranded in H-town. Since Alvin is Mrs. Claus’s favorite little helper, Elvis the Elf and Rudolph the Red-Nosed-Reindeer fly down to rescue him. During the trip, Rudolph and the elves battle a couple of inept burglars, save Christmas for some kids and even manage to sing a few songs. 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturdays. Through December 13. Company Onstage, 536 Westbury Square. For information and reservations, call 713-726-1219 or visit www.companyonstage.org. $8.
