It’s a play inside a play in Merry Christmas, George Baileywhich is a stage show built around a 1940s-era radio performance of It’s a Wonderful Life, for a fresh take on the Christmas classic. (Spoiler: George gets over it and everything turns out fine in the end.) 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 2:30 p.m. Sundays. Nancy Bock Center for the Performing Arts, 3800 South Panther Creek Drive, The Woodlands. For information, call 832-592-9697 or visit www.towncentertheatre.net. $15 to $25.
