Change You Can Dance To: Obama Music Videos

Show your love for the President-elect by shakin' it in his name

Other than the whole brighter future thing, the best part of Barack Obama’s run for office was the music. Thanks to YouTube, fans were able to spread their love of the President-elect (and their own musical talents) through original numbers and parodies. Who can forget the Obama girl and her “Crush on Obama”? What about Coco Tea’s reggae jam “Barack Obama” and Mariachi Aguilas de Mexico en español tribute “Viva Obama”? These and more will be presented just in time for Inauguration Day at the Aurora Picture Show’s Change You Can Dance To: Obama Music Videos. Personally, we hope they include “Whatever I Like,” the spoof of T.I.’s hit “Whatever You Like.” Lyrics include “So what, I’m half black and half white / So what, I fist bump with my wife / Man, I can do whatever I like.” Get ready to say yeeeaah at 6:30 p.m. Station Museum, 1502 Alabama.
