You have your choice of slobs this weekend — two local theater groups are performing Neil Simon’s The Odd Couple. The Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center is presenting an updated, female rendition, while Texas Repertory Theatre is going for the standard male version. Cast with women or men, the laughs are the same when a professional slob gets an obsessively neat person for a roommate. The KVPAC production is at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Through February 28. 2501 South Mason Road, Katy. For information, call 281-829-2787 or visit www.kvpac.org. $12 to $25.
