The liquid elements of Casseroles and Cocktails: A 1950s Themed Aurora House Party seem to be well taken care of — Saint Arnold Brewing Company and Stockholm Vodka are both on board. Cinema Bomar’s contributing two short films to the fun (Magazine Model and Color Harmony for Your Home), and there’s a hula hoop performance planned to make sure the giggle factor stays high. It’s just those casseroles we’re worried about — vodka and tuna surprise? That ain’t right. 7 to 10 p.m. Private location (you get the address when you buy your tickets). For information, call 713-868-2101 or visit www.aurorapictureshow.org. $50 to $60.
