Sam Houston Park will become the biggest dog park in town today during the 28th Annual Houston Humane Society K-9 Fun Run & Walk. Four-legged animals and their human friends can choose between a competitive run and a noncompetitive jog. The fun starts at noon (runners check in at 10 a.m.). 1100 Bagby.
