Potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips and beetroot are all sliced paper-thin, then fried to a golden crisp. These are the most addictive chips you're ever likely to eat — and so is the sauce, which is made of mayonnaise and cream with a dash of wasabi.
