You might say it’s high time Jim Breuersettled down. The actor/comedian best known as Brian, the munchies-starved pothead from Dave Chappelle’s movie Half Baked, has finally joined the ranks of fatherhood. He even has his own show about it. The pioneer of the heavy metal comedy movement now waxes humorous on Family Man, his own show on Sirius Satellite Radio, in which Breuer and company — a couple of his high school buddies — discuss the transition into fatherhood as well as his glory daze as a film star, comedian and Saturday Night Livecast member. Breuer’s stand-up still consists of his signature uncoordinated romp through family, impressions and memories of his best buds (both human and herb). Joint, err we mean, join him at 8 p.m. Thursday, 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 7:30 p.m. Sunday. For information, call 713-333-8800 or visit www.improvhouston.com. $22 to $25.
