When you order the muffaletta burger ($4.99) at Hubcap Grill (1111 Prairie, 713-223-5885), you get the best of both worlds. Not only do you get one of the best and juiciest hamburgers in the city, you get one of the best muffalettas, since this place is owned by Ricky Craig, of Craiganale's fame. It's hard to make the half-pound burger served here any juicier, but when you top it with homemade olive dressing, you won't be able to put it down. (If you do, it is likely to fall apart on you, it is so moist.) The intense olive flavor goes well with the fresh patty. Hubcap also has the crunchiest sweet potato fries you'll ever eat.
