Rapper Julio Cardenas and spoken-word artist Paul S. Flores met at the Global Hip-Hop Festival and found they were kindred spirits. The two joined up and produced today’s Representa! Bilingual Theatre for the Hip-Hop Generation, a collection of music, dance, poetry and performance art aimed at the under-25 crowd. 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
