There's more than $3,000 in prize money up for grabs at Republic Harley-Davidson's 6th Annual Tattoo, Burnout, & Bikini Contest. The big money goes home with the winner of the bikini contest ($1,000), who is also crowned Miss Republic. Best burnout, best tattoo and best tattoo artist get a not-so-shabby prize of $500. (The burnout winner also gets a free tire, since it's assumed participating will pretty much eat up the tire they have.)
