During today's nationwide broadcast of Riff Trax Live: Plan 9 from Outer Space, the stars of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (Michael J. Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bell Corbett) will riff live on the worst film ever made by Ed Wood, everyone's favorite transvestite director and high camp king (Nelson and company will be at the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville). The fun includes plenty of freebies and extras for the audience. PlayStation Network Host Veronica Belmont and Something Awful's Rich "Lowtax" Kyanka will both make appearances, and everyone in the audience will get free downloads, including a never-before-seen short, digital photos and a song from the Rifftones. The broadcast will go out to theaters across the country, including the AMC Willowbrook in Houston. 7 p.m. 17145 Tomball Parkway. For information, call 281-970-9604 or visit www.rifftrax.com. $12.50.
