If you're interested in the younger generation and what fires their synapses into overdrive, go to the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, where the Pomegranate Film Festival will let you in on just what they're thinking. Why? Because the movies have been hand-picked by the motivated teens of CAMH's own Teen Council, who, as the museum's Web site proudly says, "are committed to bringing the art of our time to their peers." What ultimately gets under the skin of this tribe and/or turns them on will be apparent during today's screening of shorts made by Houston teen filmmakers. The council knows the flighty nature of today's teens' attention span - all film and videos must be 15 minutes or less. Cool. 2 p.m. 5216 Montrose. For information, call 713-284-8250 or visit www.camh.org. Free.
