Comedian Chelsea Handlerenjoys prancing around in short skirts, dating moguls and proclaiming her adoration of booze. But she's far from being a vapid socialite: The busty blond originally from New Jersey is an actress, star of her own late-night talk show (E! Entertainment's Chelsea Lately) and author of the bestselling tomes My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands and Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea.
