Here's all you need to know about the Traders Village 5th Annual Cinco de Mayo festival: margaritas. Oh, okay, we'll tell you more. Live entertainment will be provided throughout the afternoon, with performances by Los Hermanos Cortez (past winners of the Houston Press Music Awards Best Conjunto category), Saints and Sinners (an old-school Tejano big band), Mariachi Tejas (duh, mariachis) and Ballet Folklorico MECA.
