Panic

I love Paris in the springtime...except for all those dead bodies

Joseph Goodrich's award-winning theater mystery Panicis set in Paris. It's the 1960s, and the central character divides his time between making dark films about murder and sitting in swanky Parisian hotels speaking his film ideas into a tape recorder. All is well in Henry Lockwood's smart, safe life. But as is the case in all mysteries, nothing is as it seems. And when a lovely young woman enters the scene swinging a letter opener, Lockwood's glittering world, built on his own fiction, turns sinister. 8:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 3 p.m. June 20 and 27. Through July 3. Theatre Suburbia, 4106 Way Out West Drive. For information, call 713-682-3525 or visit www.theatresuburbia.com. $14.
