Former CIA-operative Louis Morgan makes his third appearance in The Terrorist, the newest title by novelist Peter Steiner. When a young friend arrives in the United States to study, only to quickly disappear, Morgan races to find him before the boy becomes the latest victim in an international plot. The Terrorist, like Steiner's other work, has garnered rave reviews. Publishers Weekly has said of Steiner's previous novels, "Literate crime thrillers don't get much better than this."
