It’s an exercise in democracy at SPAMMO and the Houston Institute for Culture’s New Bayou City Stories: New Digital Works from Emerging Media Makers.Each of the first-time filmmakers, from the Centre for Digital Storytelling, Houston Institute for Culture, Yates H.
