Get a masterpiece made by Fido during today's Picassos by Paws Painting Party, a Bayou City Outdoors event. The concept is super-simple. You apply some pooch-friendly paint to your dog's paws, have him walk around on a blank piece of paper and then grab up the ready-for-framing masterpiece.
