"My Community Through My Eyes"

Things look decidedly different when you're only four feet tall

Children invite you to look at their world in the exhibit "My Community Through My Eyes." Through artwork, photography and creative writing, Third Ward-area children ages 6 to 11 years old will show viewers how they see themselves and those closest to them. The kids, who received guidance from FotoFest's Literacy Through Photography teacher Ben DeSoto and Project Row Houses' Summer Arts Education Program, explore not only who they are now, but who they want to be in the future. Noon to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. Through September 5. Project Row Houses, 2521 Holman. For information, call 713-526-7662 or visit www.projectrowhouses.org. Free.
Wednesdays-Sundays. Starts: Aug. 4. Continues through Sept. 5, 2010
