Explore the museum collections and exhibits on your own with family guides including Travel the World at the MFAH: 15 Works of Art Kids & Families Won't Want to Miss and What to See in an Hour: 20 Works or Art (handouts are available at Guest Services). The current exhibits include "Dynasty and Divinity: Ife Art in Ancient Nigeria" along with "Richard Misrach: After Katrina" and "German Impressionist Landscape Painting: Liebermann-Cornith-Slegogt." Or jump in at one of the four sketching stations where you can try your hand at drawing in the styles of the great masters. Gallery educators are stationed around the museum in case you have any questions.
