It's always hard to decide on dessert. But Phil's Texas Barbecue (110 S. Heights, 713-862-8600) offers two very popular desserts in one. The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding ($2.99) is so good, it's hard to decide on the best part. Is it the sweet, syrupy Bananas Foster sauce poured over top, keeping everything moist, and the chunks of bananas? Or is it the bread pudding itself, which would easily stand alone as a great dessert? We don't know, and luckily we don't have to decide. Together, this combination reaches new heights and makes ordering easy.
