The folks over at Central Market cooking school have come up with a class that’s sure to make students extremely happy — if not a little tipsy. Students in CM’s Beer and Chocolate Pairingclass will try beer with different types of food. Today’s pairing class is led by pastry chef Eddy Van Damme. Born and raised in Belgium, Van Damme learned his craft in Paris and is the host of his own weekly television show here in Houston.
