MECA presents Día De Los Muertos: Honoring our Past, Celebrating Our Future. This event features an altar exhibit competition, foods, vendors selling authentic Latin American Día de los Muertos arts and crafts, and a Calavera Fashion Show. It is held at MECA's campus located at the Dow School in Houston's Old Sixth Ward.October 30 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., October 31 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. 1900 Kane Street.
