The current crop of wide-release children’s movies features a guy with a big blue head voiced by Will Ferrell and a guy with a pointy nose who sounds just like Steve Carrell. Oh, and there’s a girl with a long, long tangle of blond hair. But there is more celluloid creativity and imagination available for young, discerning film lovers at the Aurora Picture Show’s The Best of the Fest! Children’s Film Festival Seattle 2010.
