If you stake all of your reputation on just one dish, you'd better make sure it's the best there is. This is definitely the case at the recently opened Jus' Mac (2617 Yale, 713-622-8646), which specializes in the ultimate comfort food, mac and cheese. The best of the best here, if you like bacon , is the Bacon Bliss ($8.95): creamy mac and cheese blended with thick chunks of slab bacon and topped with parmesan cheese. Bread crumbs, which turn golden under a broiler, can also be added to the top, which adds an interesting texture. The smoky flavor of the bacon permeates every bite and, when mixed with the flavors of the various cheeses, may cause you to fall into blissful ecstasy.
