What would happen to a family that never saw the outside world? Young Greek film director Yorgos Lanthimos answers the question with one of the most highly anticipated, highly awarded and highly creepy movies of the year. Dogtoothhas already won Greek Film Academy awards for Best Picture, Director and Screenplay, and has raked in a slew of other statues from Cannes, Dublin, Montreal and lots of other international film festivals. It's sure to be in the running for Best Foreign Film at this year's Academy Awards.

A father barricades his family behind high walls. To protect them, or to preserve them at any cost? Is this The Villageor No Exit?Only the father can leave the middle-class compound with garden and swimming pool. Unfortunately, no walls (or physical and verbal abuse) can stop the teenage children. When the father generously brings home his secretary to teach his son about the birds and bees, one could charitably say that all hell breaks loose.
