Put down the iPods and turn off the TV. Today the Houston Symphony is offering a terrific way to introduce kids to live symphonic music with Music from The Lion King. The selections are all from stories about being brave. The program includes Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, a symphony about a boy who catches a threatening wolf.
