Most people wouldn’t voluntarily spend an evening watching insects flit around, but when Cirque du Soleil: Ovo has created the bugs, fans line up for the opportunity. In Ovo, which has currently raised its tent in Houston, a pair of butterflies engages in a delicate courtship while dangling from a single, shared rope, daredevil green crickets launch themselves to the top of a 26-foot wall, and a blue dragonfly — complete with gossamer wings — balances himself with one very strong arm atop a twining plant.
