David Schwimmer, better known as Ross from the television series Friends, wants to be a movie director. He has more than enough riches from years of residuals to open his own studio if he wanted, but for now he’s content to go the indie route. His second feature, following the disappointing comedy Run, Fatboy, Run, is the topical thriller Trust, about how nasty Internet sex offenders prey upon the virginal, nubile newcomer Liana Liberato (who just happens to hail from Galveston).
