“Greetings from Houston”

Houston’s celebrating its 175th birthday in a big way, with exhibits and events all around the city. One of those exhibits, “Greetings from Houston: Vintage Postcard Views of the City,” currently on view at the Museum of Printing History, showcases tiny snapshots of the past. The postcards not only show what Houston looked like in the first half of the 20th century, the inscriptions give voice to visitors and residents long gone.
