Gracefully eccentric British singer Robyn Hitchcock plays eager interlocutor to Zelig-like producer Joe Boyd at an event they've dubbed "Chinese White Bicycles," beaming "live from 1967." "White Bicycles" references the title of Boyd's terrific 2006 memoir, while "Chinese White" foreshadows the Incredible String Band number Hitchcock will perform along with music by Nick Drake, Vashti Bunyan, Pink Floyd and other Boyd associates. It should be a charming and edifying evening.
