The Montrose Halloween Crawl has returned for its fifth year. This event combines a traditional pub crawl with the spirit of trick-or-treating as several hundred people dress in costume and visit bars and pubs on Westheimer in Montrose. This years event will encompass nine separate venues. All Montrose Crawl participants are asked to dress in costume and to assemble at the restaurant Brasil, 2604 Dunlavy, at 6 p.m. on October 29. From there, the Montrose Crawl will make its way down Westheimer, with stops at Poison Girl, Boondocks, Anvil, Etro Lounge, Catbirds, Royal Oak, Slick Willie's, and The Hay Merchant, before coming to a close with midnight snacks at El Real Tex-Mex.
