Pay special attention when the Haunted Harbor Tour gets close to the old University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston – there’s a ghostly face on the side of the building – said to be of the local man who lived on the site before the center was constructed. The area has been cleaned and even sandblasted, but the face always reappears.
